Strategic Partnership Signed Between BEA and AGCE

The Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA) and the Government Electronic Certification Authority (AGCE) have signed a major agreement for the provision of electronic certification and signature services. This partnership includes innovative services such as Virtual ID, remote e-signature API, ETAWKI3IOB, ETAWKI3 Avance, ITAWKI3 Premium, VPN certificates, and more. Mr. Lahouari RAHALI, CEO of BEA, emphasized the role of this agreement in accelerating the bank’s end-to-end digitalization. Ms. Zahia BRAHIMI, Director General of AGCE, highlighted that BEA is the first bank to benefit from this service through a long-term partnership. Together, BEA and AGCE aim to build a connected, secure, and digitally forward Algeria.
